If you are considered as a nice person and are popular to everyone, your name to others changes blue. Blue is someone who is in good standing with their own faction. That means your own race is not able to attack you without penalty, and the guard towers in darkfall will not hit you but leave you alone. Your name to others changes grey when your character is the rogue status. Grey is obtained for seconds when you hit a blue once and two minutes when you hit a blue twice. When you are grey, others can attack you without considering any penalty and the guard towers will fire on you. Red reflects you are a killer, a dangerous person. At the status, you can be always attacked with no penalty at all. The guard tower will always fire on you.
