New Gameplay

The combat system of Darkfall differs completely from that of any other MMOs, and rather it resembles that of FPS games. Instead of simply choosing a target and then inflicting every kind of skill strategically, in Darkfall you need to adjust your attcks constantly according to your prediction of the enemy's movement, by which you could also aoivd their attacks. That does not mean Darkfall lacks enough skills to use, but that currently people only use team battle skills, confuse and disorder skills. Strategies used in Darkfall include attempts to strike the enemy from the behind and, when once he tries to flee away, bind him with Mana Missiles or arrows. On the contrary, if you are being attacked and you get a chance to run away, remember, do not run in a straight line, instead try a S-shape path. Chases may take several minutes because the hunter has a lot of stamina and can render a vital attack once the chance appears. In one word, FPS fans may find it a great oppotunity to apply their skills in Darkfall.
